Barbra Streisand Faces Criticism for Inquiring About Melissa McCarthy’s Ozempic Use

After encountering criticism from her followers, Barbra Streisand retracts her remark on Melissa McCarthy’s social media post.

Following her public inquiry into Melissa McCarthy’s participation in Ozempic, Barbra Streisand has recently encountered controversy.

Melissa, in attendance at the Center Theatre Group’s CTG The Gala event at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, shared two photographs of herself and director Adam Shankman on April 29. “Give him my regards; did you participate in the Ozempic?” Barbara wrote in the remark section after her post.

After Barbara received criticism from Melissa enthusiasts, the remark was notably removed.

One user remarked to Barbara, “Shame on you.”

“Rude, Barbra,” said an additional visitor.

“Barbra, if you don’t have something nice to say…” another user was added.

Before this, Melissa discussed the fluctuating numbers on her scale, but she never disclosed the specific exercise regimen she utilized to lose weight.

In 2016, she stated to Extra, “Extremely mundane existence; no trick, nothing to tell.” The secret lies in bringing everything to a bare minimum, avoiding enjoyable activities, and retiring at 7:30 p.m.

In contrast, Barbara Streisand and Melissa MacCarthy collaborated on an encore album featuring a rendition of “Anything You Can Do” in unison.

As she described what initially astonished her about the celebrity during an interview with Entertainment Weekly last year, Melissa remarked, “Barbara is really funny.”

Barbara was wearing leggings and holding picnic meat when she presumably opened the door. Melissa continued, “I thought to myself, None of this meets my expectations.”
