Nicole Kidman has expressed a desire to star in a ‘hardcore’ horror film after her encounter with psychological horrors.

The Oscar-winning actress, who has starred in multiple psychological films, including The Others and Stoker, has revealed that she is eager to take on an unrestrained ‘classic’ horror.

The Australian-American multi-hyphenate diva has indicated interest in working with Australian director James Wan on a horror project after he approached her about the Aquaman superhero film.

On the professional front, she received the American Film Institute’s Lifetime Achievement Award for her persistent efforts in the industry over the past 40 years.
