What a night in Aspen! Salma Hayek and her daughter Valentina Paloma were all bundled up in their winter best to support Kate Hudson at her very first concert. The mother-daughter duo looked fabulous and ready for a serious mom-and-me time at the star-studded event.
Salma rocked a cozy yet chic, dark green furry coat – on point for Aspen’s glitzy winter vibe. She paired it with dark pants and some sturdy boots because let’s face it, walking in snow is no joke. And of course, she didn’t forget to add her personal touch with a stylish furry purse and those hoop earrings that we all love. Valentina, looking every bit like her mother’s daughter, stepped out in a fashionable long coat, with what seemed like a skirt or shorts and boots combo, her hair flowing in the winter breeze.
Now, let’s talk about Kate Hudson, who was the reason for the season, so to speak. She shared bits of her performance on social media, where she got real about swapping her comfy living room for the stage. She sang her heart out, giving her spin to some of her favorite songs like the powerful “Nothing Compares 2 U” and the peppy “Dance the Night Away” from the “Barbie” soundtrack. And by the looks of it, she enjoyed every minute up there, nerves and all.
In her post, Kate was all about embracing the love for music and the arts, getting all of us excited about her New Year’s resolution to sing more and, well, just love more. She gave a big thanks to the Hotel Jerome Auberge for hosting her and dropped a hint that this could be the start of something new – maybe more tunes from Kate in the near future.
With Salma and Valentina in the audience and Kate Hudson rocking the mic, Aspen surely had its fill of glitz, glam, and great music. And as Kate said, here’s to singing and loving more in 2024!
