‘Happy Gilmore 2’ filming information from Adam Sandler on ‘Dan Patrick Show’
Adam Sandler hinted at the release date of the highly anticipated Happy Gilmore 2.
The actor and comedian disclosed that the Happy Gilmore sequel will be released in theaters in July 2025 on a Friday episode of the Dan Patrick Show, in which he made a guest appearance.
“I don’t know 100 percent, but I think around July. When Patrick questioned Sandler, 58, about when the movie may be streamed, he responded, “Not July 4th, but we’re trying to get it done in time for July.”
“You can never predict what will occur. He said that the second installment’s filming was completed, saying, “We’re just finishing today — it’s the last day.”
Along with providing a sneak peek at the movie’s release date and ending, Sandler also talked candidly about Eminem’s cameos that will be included in the film.
“Eminem was awesome. “He was fantastic when he stopped by,” the Grown Ups alumnus said. “I’ve known Eminem for a long time, and he’s a great guy. He came in and was funny as hell. I think we just hung out a day with Eminem, and he just shot and shot, and it was insane.”
After Universal’s February 16, 1996 release of Happy Gilmore, fans have been eagerly waiting for Happy Gilmore 2, which they will eventually witness.
