Alec and Hilaria Baldwin’s new reality show on TLC is bringing their family of nine to the small screen.
In a brand-new reality series on TLC, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin will highlight their busy family life with their seven kids. With an Instagram video that included their whole family, the couple revealed the show’s announcement on June 4.
Intimate glimpses into the family’s “ups and downs, the good, the bad, the wild and the crazy,” as Alec describes it in the introduction video, will be provided via the program, which is tentatively dubbed “The Baldwins.”
Including Ireland, Alec’s daughter from his first marriage to Kim Basinger, the Baldwins are a blended family of nine. Aiming to reflect their family relationships as authentically as possible, the pair thought for months before deciding to chronicle their life.
The pair desired a show that accurately captured their personalities, their love, and their laughing, according to people close to them, who spoke with Us Weekly. Alec especially values his family time and believes that the show is a chance to spread that happiness to the audience.
The revelation of the reality Show comes after a turbulent time for Alec, who was charged with involuntary manslaughter when cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot to death on the “Rust” movie set. The charges were eventually brought back after being initially withdrawn.
The Baldwins appear ready to welcome this new chapter in their lives, whatever the legal issues. The reality show will surely offer a special glimpse into their family life, highlighting the pleasures and difficulties of parenting seven kids in the spotlight.
