Bebe Rexha charges that G-Eazy mistreated her and stole credit for their popular song.
In a now-deleted social media post, singer Bebe Rexha sparked her rivalry with rapper G-Eazy again. She replied to a request for her to work with G-Eazy on social media by posting a screenshot of the request.
Rexha bemoaned G-Eazy’s treatment of her following their 2015 smash song “Me, Myself and I,” calling him a “stuck-up ungrateful loser.” He mistreated her and seized credit for the song’s popularity, she said.
Rexha said earlier in 2018 that she was on good terms with G-Eazy and denied any feud, which runs counter to this outburst. Her most recent tweet, though, points to unsolved problems and residual animosity between the two musicians.
G-Eazy has been busy advertising his new music video and forthcoming album, so he hasn’t publicly addressed Rexha’s remarks. Rexha has been busy in her profession as well; she dropped two singles this year.
Fans are intrigued about the incident and taken aback by the feud’s unexpected comeback. Whether the two musicians will officially address the matter or if this will be the start of a new chapter in their turbulent relationship is yet unknown.
