Molly-Mae says ‘never in a million years did I think I would have to write this’
Molly-Mae Hague has confirmed her split from fiancé Tommy Fury, putting an end to months of rumors surrounding their relationship.
The couple, both 25, met on Love Island in 2019. They became engaged and welcomed their daughter, Bambi, in 2023.
In a heartbreaking Instagram story uploaded on Wednesday, Molly-Mae shared her emotional announcement: “Never in a million years did I think I’d have to write this.”
She went on, “After five years together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not like this. I am extremely upset to announce that Tommy and I have parted ways”
Hague has expressed heartfelt thanks for their daughter and asked for privacy during this difficult period.
“I will be eternally grateful for the most important thing in my life, my lovely daughter. She would not exist if it were not for us. “She will always be my top priority.”
She also expressed gratitude to her followers for their support over the last five years, recognizing their role in her journey.
“You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it’s right to share this with you all,” she told the crowd.
“I’ll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x.” Just this past June, the actress spoke about the health of their relationship amidst divorce rumors, calling their parenting experience “amazing” and denying suggestions that parenthood had damaged their connection.
