Carpenter ended the song, as usual, by winking at the crowd and saying, “He is 30 Rock hard ’cause I said hi.” While not dry, my sense of humor is. SNL, I just visited for the first time. Notably, the song had earlier generated speculation about her present connection with actor Barry Keoghan.

The actor Jake Gyllenhaal and Carpenter, who are both well-known for their ties to Taylor Swift, were much anticipated by fans for their SNL performance.
