The pair, who are set to marry again in a lavish celebration in Cabo San Lucas this weekend, appeared to begin the festivities in London with their loved ones.
Millie finished the ensemble with platform shoes and left the restaurant with her 22-year-old husband, Jake.

The pair, who married earlier this year in a modest ceremony, are now planning a grandiose second wedding in Italy.
According to The Sun, the Stranger Things actor and her husband began their wedding celebrations early in London, renting out a section at Sheesh for a private meal with close family members, including her parents, Kelly and Robert.
