Pedro Pascal’s Role in ‘The Wild Robot’ Becomes His Favorite Yet: Here’s Why He Loved Playing ‘Fink the Fox’

Pedro Pascal’s love for his role of ‘Fink the fox’ is revealed by director Chris Sanders.

Pedro Pascal, star of Narcos, portrayed a character in the animated movie The Wild Robot, which has since become one of his most beloved roles to date.

The family/adventure film’s director, Chris Sander, disclosed that Pascal had the most joy in his portrayal of “Fink the fox,” saying he had never had this much fun in any of his previous roles.

According to Sander, the actor from Game of Thrones believed that the fox’s persona mirrored his own and that they connected well together.

“Oh, my gosh, he is amazing,” said the director of Lilo and Stitch in response to a question regarding his work experience with Pascal. According to Bang Premier, “He was so inventive and funny and has a very playful nature”.

The 62-year-old Sander said to Hollywood Reporter. As we developed his character, that really was the way that we went. In one of the last recording sessions, he said that this character is more him than many [other characters] that he plays, and he really enjoyed it.”

Pedro Pascal provided the voice of the cunning fox “Fink” in the animated film, which was inspired by the same-titled novel by Peter Brown.

Chris Sanders’s film The Wild Robot was released on September 27, 2024. Important roles were also played by Kit Connor, Bill Nighy, Ving Rhames, and Mark Hamill in the movie.
